The senior analyst is responsible for various analytical and reporting solutions in support of sales to help drive P&L success.  In addition, this position is responsible for producing monthly reports, leading stakeholder meetings, collaborating cross-functionally with business areas (Sales, Product, Finance, Clinical) to drive key projects and strategic initiatives. 


Key Responsibilities:


·    Produce monthly exhibits that support sales with revenue and margin driving opportunities and drive consensus on actionable insights.  Present reports to the sales leadership teams, identifying opportunities and vulnerabilities to be used for strategic decision making.


·       Manage inventory of action plans by functional area that may be implemented to improve the financial status of the organization. Develop systematic approach for developing, launching, and monitoring action plan initiatives. 


·   Develop process and technical solutions to drive revenue and margin optimization through stakeholder accountability, cross-function collaboration, administrative cost efficiencies, and medical cost-savings.


·    Analyze key performance indicators (KPI) measures through existing and improved reporting for revenue streams to alert business to operational opportunities. 


·       Research market trends to bring forth innovative solutions that brings revenue generating customer value. 


·       Forecast account level revenues to support strategic reporting needs and drive sales strategies. 


·       Review operating expenses and business plans in collaboration with Finance to estimate segment expenditures.


 


Qualifications:


·       Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance or related field or equivalent job experience, plus a minimum of 5+ years of related business experience.


·       Demonstrated analytical finance ability.


·       Demonstrated business acumen.


·       Advanced Excel and SQL skills are required.


·       Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights.


·       Critical thinking – Experience reporting to and providing advice to leadership.


·       Excellent writing, interpersonal communication and organizational skills in a variety of situation.


·       Self-starter with a sense of urgency, ability to interact with different levels within the organization, ability to prioritize and manage unanticipated situations effectively, and work well under pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment.


·       Strong communication and presentation skills.
