As a strategic partner, the Vice President Human Resources. The VP HR will be instrumental in shaping and delivering on the growth and evolution of the EWS Business. To effectively support our business, they will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the organization's financial position, strategic plans, culture and competition. This critical voice sits on the Leadership Team, reports into the Head of Human Resources, will work closely with members of the Business Unit and Centers of Excellence leadership teams and is located in St. Louis, MO.

As an active member of the Workforce Solutions HR Leadership Team the ideal candidate will be a progressive HR leader with strong communication, collaboration and partnership capabilities that are essential to driving results in a dynamic, competitive global matrix environment.
What you'll do:


  • Serve as a right hand, trusted coach and confidant to Senior Leadership team members as a builder/driver of core talent processes across the business. They will be a change agent and strategic business partner to the functional leadership team.
  • Develop talent and workforce planning, capability strategies and drive a talent, culture and engagement agenda in support of the business objectives. Identify appropriate KPIs measuring progression of talent strategies against business and financial objectives.
  • Collaborating with functional leadership, Global Human Resources Leadership and Centers of Excellence to devise and implement the Company's talent and people strategies, policies, and programs in order to deliver on business commitments while continuing to enhance organizational processes, systems, and capability for the ongoing growth and transformation of the company.
  • Active thought leadership for both the functional and HR Leadership Teams, the VP Human Resources will educate, advise, and influence senior leadership on organizational design and development, retention, performance criteria, succession planning, leadership development and inclusion and diversity.
  • Lead an HR team, operating as both a strategic and hands-on leader. The right candidate is a strong executor and developer of people, confident diving into a range of HR topics, including, but not limited to courageous conversations, inclusion and diversity, attraction and retention of superior talent, talent development and succession, workforce planning, org development and culture, total rewards and employee relations.
  • Partners closely with HRLT on highly visible and impactful projects, including future of work, global processes and engagement focus areas.

Experience You Need/Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of related human resources experience at a complex matrix organization including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity; managing a team of direct reports
  • Must have extensive corporate human resources business partner background specializing in the support of a large multi-faceted organization
  • Broad experience working with all levels of an organization including operations/contact center organizations (large hourly populations)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience required
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and determine optimal strategy for multiple business leaders
  • Strong business acumen and presence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders
  • Demonstrated success influencing and driving a transformational talent agenda in a global matrix through:

    • Talent development and succession planning
    • Identification of talent, culture and skills to fuel a high growth, transforming global tech and D&A company
    • Thought leadership in inclusion and diversity
  • Experience advising, counseling, coaching and influencing executive leadership
  • Strategic workforce planning translated into action through change management excellence
  • High degree of knowledge and application of best practices in

    • Employee relations - performance management, investigations, employee coaching/counseling
    • Compensation - rewards, recognition, and market-based pay
  • Exudes a high degree of business acumen and leadership skills

  • Experience working with analytics or technology organizations preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: friendly, tactful, good negotiator, ability to influence others, manage conflict and ability to exercise judgment
  • Business literacy and key HR financials
  • Experience with G-Suite a plus
