Job Summary

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed daily production scheduled for assigned area(s) of responsibility
Assign staff to optimize production efficiency
Set individual and team goals for staff
Provide continuous feedback during each shift to staff
Ensure accurate daily reporting
Training and coaching of staff
Conduct regular meetings to address any company matter. Promote feedback from staff
Ensure efficient relationships with other departments
Conduct timely annual reviews and evaluations of staff
Maintain accurate timekeeping and approvals in Kronos for timely payroll processing
Any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervision or management
Testing and grading employees in all aspects of extrusion processes
Assist Extrusion Shift Supervisor, Extrusion Team Leaders, Research and Development Team Members and Extrusion operators as needed
Other duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements
10 years of working experience with 5 years minimum experience of industrial supervision
College diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong verbal communications (Spanish a plus)
