Actively pursue new business opportunities, leveraging company-provided client lists while also exploring additional avenues independently. Guidance from the sales manager is available.
Utilize various methods such as in-person meetings, telemarketing, email, and referrals to identify and secure new clients, emphasizing the importance of relationships, quality service, and competitive pricing.
Provide ongoing support and public relations for existing clients.
Once a new client is onboarded, maintain long-term relationships by addressing their needs and concerns, while also proactively defending against competitors. Day-to-day account management is handled by company personnel.
Demonstrate proficiency in servicing acquired accounts, leading to potential assignment of additional client portfolios
Generate leads, assess client requirements, and schedule appointments.
Cultivate strong client rapport and conduct follow-ups as necessary.
Develop innovative strategies to promote the value-driven transportation solutions
Secure appointments with business owners through a blend of phone outreach, face-to-face engagement, networking, and collaboration with referral partners
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
Must be a self-starter and work well without supervision.
