Job Description:

Ledgent is seeking a PART-TIME Bookkeeper for one of our clients in the southwest Tampa area. This position is a great opportunity for someone wanting a second job or needing a flexible schedule. There will be three companies you will be responsible for the AR processes which includes invoicing and collections. Must be professional in communicating with attorneys, work well in a small business setting, collaborative environment where your ideas are encouraged and valued.

Position: Part Time- AR Specialist


Schedule: Mon-Fri 10 am to 2 pm, Flexible on hours, Approximately 20 hours a week


Hire Type: Temp to Perm


Benefits: Will pay a monthly stipend for health insurance or will purchase it for them, Negotiated at offer stage


Reason for Opening: Retirement after 25 years


Software: QuickBooks Pro


Dress code: Business Casual


Interview Process: One in person Interview


Responsibilities:

• Invoicing Attorneys


• Collections- sending letters and making collections calls


• Inputting collections efforts into QuickBooks Pro
