We are in search of aDivision Order Analyst for our client in the Alamo Heights area of San Antonio. This position is a direct hire position. The ideal candidate will already have a minimum of 2 years Oil & Gas experience Salary: Starting from $50,000 per year

Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret legal documents related to ownership, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Calculate decimal interest changes based on conveyance documents with precision.
Assist in the preparation, review, and auditing of reports, maintaining high standards of quality.
Regularly communicate and correspond with clients, attorneys, accountants, company representatives, and internal team members regarding ongoing matters.
Maintain up-to-date project records and documentation in the project management system.
Organize and manage client files, including scanning and filing records in both physical and digital formats.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Division Order Analyst or management.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Ability to comprehend and execute instructions accurately, seeking clarification when necessary.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player.
