Respond to a high volume of incoming calls from individuals involved in various settlements.
Investigate and address claimant inquiries promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Perform data entry tasks to document phone call details accurately.
Assist in resolving data irregularities and troubleshooting issues.
Conduct callbacks to individuals who have left voicemails.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and effectively resolve customer calls.
Transfer information from hard copies to digital databases.
Assist with invoicing tasks as required.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand job details.
Excellent attendance record and reliability.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or office setting (Spanish bilingual is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a polite and friendly demeanor.
Additional Information:
Compensation: $22/hr
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Location: 100% in office in Chanhassen, MN
