Responsibilities:
Prepare, process, post invoices
Process ACH, Credit Card, Cash, Check transactions
Check runs
Resolve high volume disrepencies
3-way matching
Process PO's
Assist upper management with detailed aging reporting
Follow up with customers
Quarterly audit analysis
Qualfications:
Strong attention to detail
High school diploma
Ability to work on-site
Ability to handle high volume
Computer literacy
