Job Summary

In this pivotal role, you'll be a game-changer for our MDU ("Multi-Dwelling Unit") segment. You'll leverage your expertise to identify and pursue high-value opportunities, collaborating with regional leaders and their teams to grow market share in residential multi-family properties such as Apartments, Condominiums and Universities.
Be a strategic architect: Develop and implement the roadmap for Comcast's residential right-of-entry process for residential multi-family real-estate.
Fuel regional success: Partner with regional teams to secure agreements with property owners, developers, and key decision-makers, to drive right-of-entry and "bulk" amenities in our growing footprint in greenfield and brownfield real-estate.
Own your impact: Craft and execute strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious goals for unit growth, subscriber acquisition, and overall profitability across diverse sales channels

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Lead and drive growth in Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) Sales:


  • Spearhead MDU sales strategy and execution: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to secure access to and significantly grow product sales within privately owned apartments, condominiums, townhomes, and other multifamily real estate. Focus on acquiring and retaining large, strategic accounts, driving substantial revenue generation.

  • Champion "Right of Entry" and Bulk Sales: Develop and oversee impactful tactics for securing right of entry and bulk product sales in MDU properties, expanding Xfinity's footprint in the market.

Oversee contracts and ensure customer satisfaction:


  • Manage the West Division contracts lifecycle: Oversee the entire contracts process for the West Division, including efficient renewals, amendments, and new build/winback contracts. Prioritize securing advantageous marketing rights for Xfinity's services within these contracts.

  • Empower regional teams and deliver exceptional service: Assist regional teams in complex contract negotiations. Review and approve contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service by working across departments to provide seamless support to all accounts.

Forge strategic partnerships and maintain industry expertise:



  • Build strong internal collaborations: Establish strategic partnerships with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to optimize the sales organization's effectiveness. Ensure smooth handoffs after contracts are signed, maximizing revenue opportunities.


  • Cultivate industry relationships and visibility: Maintain a high profile by proactively reaching out to builders, developers, and the broader community. Spearhead participation and coordination in relevant trade shows and industry events to enhance brand awareness.


  • Stay ahead of the curve: Maintain exceptional industry knowledge through strong relationships with key personnel like industry consultants and law firms.

Lead and coach a high-performing sales team:


  • Develop and manage the MDU sales budget: Craft and manage the annual budget, including MDU fees. Collaborate with Managers and Analysts to determine capital needs for business unit activities and operating expenses.

  • Champion team excellence: Lead, develop, and coach Sales Managers and Account Executives by providing in-depth training on sales strategies, tools, payback models, and sales support resources. Track, measure, and audit team performance to ensure ongoing improvement. Provide accurate revenue and unit number forecasts.

  • Motivate and incentivize success: Design, implement, and coordinate effective sales incentive plans and other strategies to achieve ambitious business unit objectives. Regularly communicate performance results, opportunities, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
