Job Description:

Due to business growth we have an opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join our fun and supportive team in Downtown Chicago.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Month-end revenue reports


• Revenue analysis including reviewing unbilled activity, billing reconciliations, etc


• Manage revenue accruals and reserves


• Prepare financial reports throughout the month to report on and analyze expected revenues


• All month-end revenue reports


• Manage the daily work activities in the Revenue and Income division


• Oversee the monthly Revenue and Income process, including monitoring automated invoicing process within the Revenue and Income system


• Work closely within the Revenue and Income system, including identifying automation opportunities and improvements

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of Accounting experience


• Degree in Finance or Accounting or in a related field


• Critical thinking and sound decision-making skills


• Strong Analytical skills


• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)


• Highly motivated and driven to succeed


• Leadership skills


• Excel skills: creating and reading reports, basic formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, count ifs, etc
