Hiring range for this position is between $67,000/yr - $91,000/yr and placement in the range is dependent on qualifications and professional experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Source, screen, and recruit for healthcare professionals and administrative staff.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, schools, and other team members.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Understand the needs and emotions of both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure quality placements.

  • Internal and external sourcing and screening of candidates to include applicant tracking system, job boards, social networking tools, career fairs as necessary.

  • Ensures completion of hiring and onboarding processes, including screening / interviewing, background checks, reference checks, drug screens, relocation, employee health clearance.

  • Support New Employee Orientation.

  • Participate in applicant tracking system optimization.

  • Maintain and drive expansion of current student programs and preceptor training.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of one-year experience of full life-cycle recruiting, preferably in a healthcare environment.

  • Experience with recruiting components of sourcing, qualifying, assessing, employment laws, job analysis, and wage and salary trends.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems required, Workday preferred.

Pay Range:
$66,800.00 - $100,201.00

We offer a competitive Total Rewards Program. Eligibility for benefits is dependent on factors such as position type and FTE. Benefit-eligible employees qualify for benefits beginning on the first of the month following one month of employment. We also offer a 401k retirement plan, with employer contributions after your first year of employment. Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
