Job summary
Provides leadership, direction, and support for Relationship Centers in assigned region. Monitor, manage and report on region's performance results. Provide coaching and mentoring to Member Experience Managers to ensure delivery of the best member experience to our members. Help devise effective business plans for branch markets within region. Lead in creating the best member experience team throughout the region, including hiring, developing, and performance management of regional team in partnership with support team. Ensure region's branch goals and performance are aligned with organizational balanced scorecard and business plan as well as member expectations. Cultivate effective sales and service strategies across the region to ensure growth, positive member experiences and deepened relationships. Assist with developing relationships within the region's communities, including with commercial prospects. Collaborate with all areas within the credit union to provide a seamless experience to internal and external members.
What You'll Do
Lead strategic plan for long term success in Relationship Centers for members and team members.
Lead relationship building strategies and tactics to create positive member engagement and deepen relationships.
Lead market managers in performance, coaching, and development of dynamic member experience team.
Monitor performance of branch operations as well as branch managers; coach and mentor as appropriate to ensure development as well as achievement of goals and objectives.
Communicate/disseminate Credit Union objectives, strategies and projects to branch team and staff, and ensure alignment to overall goals.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree required.
Five years of progressive leadership experience in credit union, bank, or retail environment.
Ability to work with a high degree of independence and confidentiality.
Knowledge of credit union policies, regulatory compliance policies, employee policies and other policies/procedures related to running a retail environment.
