The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching pathology in the new integrated organ system-based curriculum of USCSOM. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in developing and facilitating interactive/self-directed learning as well as case-based, team-based, and small-group sessions. Additional duties may include student mentoring, committee work, and participation in ongoing research programs. Candidates for this position are not required to provide patient-oriented services.
Required M.D., D.O., D.V.M., and/or Ph.D. from an accredited institution. Experience in medical education. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and other personnel.
Preferred experience in developing and facilitating interactive/self-directed learning as well as case-based, team-based, and small-group sessions.
