Beacon Hill Legal's client a boutique law firm located in Miami, seeks a temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent litigation legal assistant to join their team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal administrative tasks, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The
Duties :
Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
Maintain and update legal databases and document management systems.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, court appearances, and depositions.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as necessary.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
Prepare and file court documents in a timely and accurate manner.
