Beacon Hill has partnered with a Real Estate Firm to help them find a Tenant Services Coordinator to work in their property management office in Northbrook. This firm is looking for someone with strong administrative skills and an outgoing personality to manage the front desk within the property management office
The Role:
Greet visitors and direct visitors to correct destination
Screen and direct phone calls and maintain an up-to-date phone directory
Receive, sort, and distribute mail deliveries
Manage booking system of Conference Rooms
Dispatch work requests by tenants and ensure they are properly completed
File leases and set up new lease files
Verify COI's and proper invoicing for new vendors
Monitor office supplies and maintain an updated inventory
You:
1+ years of experience in an office environment
Background in real estate preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
