Beacon Hill Staffing is working with a boutique full-service law firm located in the Philadelphia suburbs on a Trusts and Estates Legal Assistant position. They are seeking an experienced legal professional who is well organized, independent and detail oriented. Qualified Candidates must have 3+ years of Trust and Estates experience.



Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Managing court appearances, court deadlines and attorney schedules and calendars
- Must be proficient in Transcription.
- Must be familiar with entering time
- Drafting simple motions
- Drafting written discovery requests and responses
- Communicating with clients
- Proficient with Windows based operating systems, including Microsoft 365
- Experience with BigHand digital dictation is a plus
