Senior, experienced member of one of our contract or temporary staffing business development teams, responsible for mentoring Account Executives and providing counsel and thought leadership to management; in addition to day-to-day responsibilities including identifying and researching client companies, building long-term partnerships with companies by visiting work sites, delivering sales presentations, and gaining an understanding of staffing requirements, and working with a team of recruiters to develop and refer appropriate candidates for open positions. To be considered, must have prior staffing industry experience, within proven success, in business development and account management.
