Beacon Hill Legal is seeking candidates available for a Paralegal position at a Real Estate Private equity firm.
They are seeking an experienced legal professional who is well organized, independent and detail oriented. This is a long-term temporary assignment. Qualified candidates must have 3+ years of supporting commercial real estate practice groups in a law firm or in-house environment.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
3+ years of commercial real estate support experience
Strong understanding of
Will be handling the preparation of transactional documents including operating agreements, resolutions, incumbency documents, escrow instructions and closing conveyance documents.
Will be drafting tenant estoppels and reviewing incoming estoppels for accuracy
Manage large portfolio of documents including entity formation documents,
Role will apply for Bulk Sales Certificates, Certificates of Occupancy and related documents
Will work closely with attorneys, other support staff, firm departments, and directly with clients. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills for all drafting of documents and other correspondence.
Must have strong attention to detail, time management skills, and have the ability to multitask.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
