Summary:
The Systems Engineer (configuration) supports the development, implementation, and documentation of Low Code & No Code solutions for a wide array of business stakeholders with external and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Systems Engineer will be supporting the Program Manager with Airtable builds, testing, and maintenance
Assisting in deployment of Airtable processes and workflows across teams
Developing documentation and training materials for new processes and workflows
Leading training sessions, and acting as point of contact for user feedback and questions
As a Systems Engineer, you will be monitoring quality of tools to ensure all business requirements are met
Managing and tracking any bugs and identifying missing functionalities
Validating product in both test and production environments
Supporting in authenticating the functionality of a build
Intaking new use cases and validating for limitations and security requirements
Working with end-users to provide good business partnership that keeps them happy and working efficiently
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of experience in the development and implementation of low code/no code applications
Experience within Airtable environments; The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with experience in Airtable implementations and can work cross-functionally
Experience implementing and documenting new processes across a new organization
Experience deploying UAT plans and tracking key project milestones, deadlines, and statuses
Experience testing and implementing workflow management systems or software
Experience handling sensitive and classified information/data with the upmost discretion
This role requires an extremely detail-oriented, analytical, and empathetic person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Systems Engineer should possess clear and effective communication skills and be able to work well with teams across our business; Ability to communicate effectively with all personnel levels (staff to executive)
Ability to retain new information and learn workflows quickly
Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
Ability to establish clear milestones and meet commitments on deadlines
Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Must possess a resourceful and -can-do- attitude (no job too small)
Retool experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
