Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client in Southborough, MA is seeking a Tax Senior. This client is a consulting firm with a strong Big 4 client base and offers opportunity for growth in a family-oriented culture. They offer health insurance and 401K, as well as a vacation and time off policy.

Responsibilities:

• Tax Senior will summarize issues and explain/make decisions to stay in tax compliance


• Review federal and multistate returns, with a focus on partnership returns


• Provide tax advice to clients


• Prepare tax projections


• Respond to tax notices


• Design spreadsheets to analyze data and tax options

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; LLM in Taxation is a plus; CPA is a plus


• 3+ years of work experience in Taxation


• Strong Excel skills


• Strong communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
