Kforce has a client that is seeking an Agile Project Manager Contractor in Boca Raton, FL.
Main Responsibilities:
Project Manager Contractor will promote strong collaboration between teams, sharing best practice and helping clear potential blockers
Work closely with the Development Lead and Product Owner to ensure that the teams remain closely synchronized and upcoming features are well planned
Coordinate and partner with diverse internal stakeholder groups including early engagement to achieve effective buy-in
Identify and escalate timely project risks and issues; Make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures
Ensure impacts of issues are communicated so all parties are aligned
Partner with project stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate project impacts
As a Project Manager Contractor, you will ensure timely use of project and technology tools to help drive accountability; Ensure project resources and budgets are tracked and kept up to date
Manage key technical functions with great care and attention to ensure coding standards are met and quality maintained
Develop and distribute timely status reporting with key metrics to appropriate stakeholders
Strong experience in Kanban or Scrum (or in lieu of this, clear understanding of the methodologies and enthusiasm to be part of such a team)
SDLC knowledge and experience managing web-based application projects
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience
Ability to present information in a concise and effective manner, ensuring messages are received, understood and all parties are aligned
Passionate collaborator with a focus on what is best for the team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to align short-term priorities with strategic and long-term objectives
Ability to learn from challenging experiences, recover and continue making progress towards objectives without reducing pace

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
