Main activities:
Develop and update standard maintenance procedures (Vibration Products and Monitoring services)
Develop technical portifolio (sucess cases) to support sales
Performe customer's assessment to support sales
Lead technical discussion with the client
Develop technical proposal based on the assessment result and the customer needes (number of sensors, base station, number of sensors per equipment, alarm setup strategy)
Support contract mobilization, comissioning and startup
Collect data in the field / routes using measuring instruments (vibration, temperature, noise, photographic and thermographic images)
Vibration analysis and equipment diagnosis with high complexity offline and online
Vibration system management (alarms/alerts condition and condition of the system itself)
Perform the measurement and diagnosis of low speed equipment using the set of multi parameters like (Vibration, Acoustic Emission, Lubricant Analysis, per ANDRITZ Slow Speed Bearing Monitoring procedures);
Lead on-line monitoring team and field service team
Train on-line monitoring team workforce
Train field service team workforce
Level of Experience Required:
Over 5 year expirince with vibration analysis and reliability engineering
Over 5 year expirence at the Pulp and Paper Business
Education (required):
Bachelors degree
Vibration Analysis Iso Category II or higher
