POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis works closely with the Senior Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis to provide business support to CuraScript SD. Under general supervision, plans, coordinates and implements financial and business processes to support and enhance the financial management of assigned business tasks.

Position's main responsibilities will be to manage the quarterly forecast process for revenue and margin, sales/margin daily reporting, ad hoc analysis/reporting and leading a team of analyst.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Partnering with key business stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Operations, & Sales) to understand their analytical and decision support needs. Driving new modeling and analysis to enable actionable insights. Presenting findings and recommendations to business leaders via consolidated metrics. Ad-hoc analysis and recommendations for enhanced forecast modeling and reporting efficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to conduct complex, data driven analysis.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results to finance and non-finance professionals at all levels.


• Strategic thinking pertaining to critical business issues.


• Proven experience developing processes and/or improving existing processes, with desire to inspire change across the team and sales organization.


• Thrive in a fast-pace, demanding environment.


• Ability to lead, develop and mentor a team.


• Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics , Mathematics or related Field.


• 7+ year's relevant experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience with Enterprise Tools such as: Business Objects, SAP Hana Dashboards, Hyperion,


• Essbase, Alteryx, Tableau, Power Pivots, Salesforce, VBA/SQL knowledge.


• Advanced degree or certification. MBA, CPA, CFA, etc.
  
  
  
  • Prior experiencing interacting with and reporting for a Distribution and/or Sales Organization.
  
  
  • Familiarity with Specialty Pharmaceutical markets and products.
  
  
  • Experiencing with VBA report automation, or the like.
  
  
  • Experience/knowledge pertaining to the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
