ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical-minded Digital Business Analyst to join our innovative team. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leveraging digital technologies to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, proficiency in digital tools and technologies, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, gather user stories, and define project objectives.


• Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.


• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.


• Analyze data from digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media channels, to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends.


• Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.


• Manage the full project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and post-implementation review.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure successful project delivery.


• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and transparency.


• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive consensus on project deliverables.


• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital solutions and processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.


• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS or BA degree in Business or Economics or comparable business experience.


• Proven experience (2-3years) as a business analyst, digital analyst, or similar role, with a focus on digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes, data sets, and user requirements.


• Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including business process management (BPM) software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and collaboration platforms.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.


• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.


• Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in agile project environments.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 23 - 36 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
