About The Job



  • The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Project Coordinator will oversee the coordination, planning, administration, and delivery of programs and initiatives.

  • This is a hybrid position with some meetings at various Mass General Brigham offices.


The successful candidate will:



• Coordinate events and programs and assist with the planning/delivery of DEI related programs and events.


• Maintain content on Office of DEI websites, marketing collateral, social media platforms and branding for DEI.


• Assists in greater DEI marketing efforts and event coordination.


• Assist in design and production of written material such as charts, white papers, and PowerPoint presentations and reports.


• Track participant lists and utilization metrics to help identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This position supports program design and content development.


• In conjunction with DEI staff, assists with the submission, tracking and following payments of invoices and other financial transactions both internal and external to the organization.


• Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations.


• Support training and educational programs including room scheduling and set-up and communication with program attendees and management and reporting of evaluations.


• Support organizational sponsorships, to include invitations, attendance, and reporting.


• Support Employee Resource Group (ERGs)development, programming, and initiatives.
Work with ERGs to include assisting with organization of heritage month programming, data collection, and program evaluation.


• Administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining the Communities platform, manage Ad request process.



Qualifications

Qualifications:



• Bachelor's Degree preferred.


• 1-3 years' experience coordinating or managing programs.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.


• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.


• Creative & effective problem solver.


• Self-starter and ability to manage multiple projects and time effectively.


• Demonstrated success working within cross-functional teams internally and externally.
