Responsibilities:
- Lead the project team in all aspects of the project from planning to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope of work.
- Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Manage all stakeholders involved in the project including the government agencies, contractors, and team members.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Oversee all aspects of the project including procurement, quality control, and safety.


Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Civil Construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience managing design build projects for the MTA.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
