Your new company has a HUGE FOOTPRINT in the Texas market and a key location is El Paso and the Midland area. They are Head Quartered out of San Antonio, which services the Austin area, a Dallas office and El Paso. They have 3 key Divisions broken down into Multi Family, Infrastructure and their Building, also known as their Heavy Commercial Division. We met with the VP Of Construction who is based in El Paso and discussed their current portfolio and pursuits in Midland.



Your new role will be based in Midland or if you are based in El Paso and have Multi-Family experience, then that is a plus. Local candidates will have municipal and large ground Up experience and local experience with the trade partners.



What you'll need to succeed is good references, good tenure, an adaptable mindset, collaborative approach along with 10 years+ experience.
