Tetra Tech is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor. This position will support property owners finalize their participation in a government sponsored debris removal program. The right candidates will be able to provide managerial services and skilled community outreach to move the recovery forward for disaster survivors.

Role and responsibilities include:


  • Provide initial onboarding and ongoing staff training and support for the Case Managers working in SharePoint folders, when responding to external stakeholders as well as internal staff members, while properly documenting the contacts made.
  • Responsible for assigning tasks and monitoring activities of case managers, ensuring employees are meeting performance measures relating to response times and providing accurate answers.
  • Assists in identifying areas for quality improvement and suggests ways of process and or staff improvement.
  • Interacts with case managers on assigned files to ensure the documentation is properly named, they are properly and timely following up with questions from owners and insurance personnel.
  • Maintains confidentiality, ethical and professional standards of all direct line and supervisory staff and any proprietary documentation processed from the insurance companies in the project.
  • Assist with case management duties as time permits.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ of related work experience with working knowledge of federal grant programs, specifically FEMA or FHWA programs, including related statutes and, regulations, policies and processes.
  • A working knowledge of duplication of benefit resolution and insurance policy interpretation.
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Strong organization skills required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Must possess professional proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically strong Excel skills) and the ability to learn project-specific computer systems as needed (specifically SharePoint, Access, and proprietary computer systems).
  • Experience financial analysis is preferred.
