Summary:

The position will be responsible for managing CRM applications used at Medline. This will include development, integration, implementation, upgrades, support, and maintenance. Stakeholder management, application availability, system and people performance will be part of the critical responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient, have exceptional leadership skills, and a keen understanding of using CRM to help deliver efficiency, automation, and productivity gains for the Sales organization.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide leadership and direction to direct / indirect reports across multiple business applications.

  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, enabling their professional growth.

  • Oversee the planning, deployment, development, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of CRM applications.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, requirements, priorities, and build consensus.

  • Establish and enforce application governance practices, including change management, release management, and documentation.

  • Monitor application performance and availability. Take proactive measures to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

  • Manage relationships with application vendors, including contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance evaluations.

  • Act as a liaison between IT and other business units, to facilitate effective communication and understanding.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their application needs and align IT strategies with business objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing applications or introduce new technologies to drive business efficiency and innovation.

  • Stay updated with industry trends in the CRM space.

  • Collaborate with the IT leadership team to define and execute the IT roadmap.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative ideas and process enhancements.

Education:

Preferred - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent in training and experience.

Experience:


  • At least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role
  • At least 5 years of overall IT delivery experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading large enterprise projects.
  • Must have some form of people/performance management experience.
Skill Required:

  • Experience managing any enterprise grade CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience with analytical tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Good grasp of SaaS, Web-based application deployment and integration architectures.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices of technology design and management
  • Experience with enterprise application governance aspects like IT security, compliance, disaster recovery policies, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with business, technical, governance, and other teams.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple application teams.
  • Responsive, organized, and able to multi-task well.
Preferred:

  • Experience with any major cloud platform (Azure preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (power apps, power automate, power pages, etc.)
  • Business domain knowledge: Sales, B2B Marketing, Customer Service, Order to Cash processes.
