We are currently seeking an Estimating Manager to join the estimating team at our Nashville office. The primary responsibility is to assist in the management of the CM and Lump Sum Process. The ideal candidate will possess a desire for growth, the ability to build relationships, long-term thinking and a growing familiarity with the construction industry.

What You Will Do:

• Work with a team to deliver cost estimating services for various project types.


• Utilize various tools and technologies to perform quantity survey.


• Communicate and coordinate scopes of work with subcontractors.


• Perform estimates for lump sum bid pursuits as well as Construction Management projects.


• Work with designers and owners to deliver estimates, assisting them in maintaining the project budget.


• Contract review and other risk management processes.

What You Will Bring:

• 3-7 years of construction experience (includes internships and co-ops)


• A minimum of a bachelor's degree. Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related field preferred.


• Working knowledge of construction processes/industry/delivery methods


• Good written and verbal communication skills


• Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
