About the Position



We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Environmental and Water Resources team in our Peachtree Corners, GA office. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of ten years of related experience focused on detailed project management. The successful candidate would help manage EWR projects across the team and assist other managers and directors in tracking contract requirements, invoices, and revenue. As part of EWR's leadership team, the successful candidate would be interface with clients, pursue opportunities, and help drive EWR's revenue.



Experience and Qualifications



Preferred experience working in a Microsoft project and other software.


• Ability to lead the monthly revenue processes with oversight of supervisor and Sr. Project Manager.


• Desire and ability to collaborate with and mentor junior staff about technical execution.


• Ability to learn local, state, and federal regulations associated with site development.


• Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team environment, maintain a positive attitude, manage time, prioritize tasks while working on multiple tasks with concurrent timelines, and is self- motivated to produce high quality work.


• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally.


• Ability to write technical proposals and help prepare proposal responses.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to manage budgets and invoice clients.


• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally.

Additional Information


Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Project Manager with a salary range of $99,400.00 - $157,600.00 .
