Location: Dodge City, KS

Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $105,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor with Food Manufacturing (Dairy Preferred) experience in the Dodge City KS area. Relocation provided for great candidates.


COMPENSATION: $85,000 to $105,000 plus bonus


LOCATION: Onsite


RELOCATION: Yes, provided for the right candidate


MUST HAVE: 4+ years in a training / Supervisory position in a Food manufacturing environment


LIKE TO HAVE: Bilingual would be great but not required


RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Manage sanitation practices and procedures in a cost effective manner


- Focus on food safety in the plant


- Training production employees on company policies


- Maintain Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP)


- Log annual validations


- Optimize master cleaning/sanitation schedules


- Verify all CIP's / MSS's


- Lead CIP and sanitation efforts


- Lead program to maintain all plant CIP systems


- Perform routine plant audits


- Closeout GMP and Regulatory results


- Compile reports (HCC/HI, Quality, and SCM)


- Develop streamlined tracking and reporting processes


- Comply with SQF codes
