Description: Our client is currently seeking an Agile Coach
In addition to having a strong background in Scrum, this person will need to have experience with scale (ideally SAFe).
Best if they have RTE training and experience. Need someone who is comfortable facilitating Big Room Planning with a large number of participants and strong personalities.
Virtual facilitation for large groups of people.
Strong analysis skills to analyze product structure, team compliance, agile transformation progress, impediment themes, end to end delivery in a complex environment.
Ability to coach team level up to senior leadership level
Strong leadership skills to guide the product and to guide scrum masters supporting the product
