Start time will be between 8a-9a and end between 2:30p -3:30p. Expected weekly hours between 35 - 37.5



Description: We are looking for a Personal Care assistant to assist a student with meeting academic and/or behavioral goals. Assist student with any supports/modifications needed to access facilities and curriculum, including physical support and adapting teaching materials.



Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months of experience working with students.

• PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)


• Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)


• FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)


• School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)


• PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)


• Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)


• CPR/First Aid
