This is a hybrid position, Fridays are remote!
- M-Th in office, Friday is WFH. Friday's include virtual appointments, answering the phones, compliance, and other admin work.
- Temp-to-perm for the right candidate usually after 3-months
- Start Date: 5/20/2024
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Assists in the examination and treatment of patients, performing miscellaneous delegated duties under the direction of the physician.
- Ask patients questions regarding injury or ailment.
- Takes vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients\' charts.
- Prepares treatment rooms for the examination of patients.
- Cleans and sterilizes instruments
Qualifications & Requirements: - Certification as a Medical Assistant
- 1+ years of experience in blood draws, EMR, experience in outpatient medical settings.
- phlebotomy - Level 4 - 1 to 3 years - drawing blood.
