Day in the life of a Café Supervisor:
We're seeking an individual who can lead the charge in maintaining exceptional standards and a positive atmosphere in our café. As the Café Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring fast, efficient, and friendly service that exceeds expectations for both customers and team members. You'll handle scheduling to optimize coverage while managing labor costs, oversee cash and credit functions, and maintain cleanliness and stock levels. Your proactive approach to safety and problem-solving, coupled with your ability to handle conflicts, will be instrumental in fostering a top-notch customer experience. Skillz & Qualifications:
These are some of the qualities we hope you can bring to the table (pun intended).

Trains and/or oversees training of Café FOH staff
Schedules Café FOH staff with Café Manager
Delegate tasks to FOH staff and follow up
Monitor employees on performance and work productivity
Conducts performance evaluation with Café Manager that is timely and constructive
Handles discipline of employees with Café Manager as needed and in accordance with company policy
Open communication with Café Manager
Have fun!


Work Schedule:
Your typical schedule would be Monday-Friday 6am-2pm, no holidays or weekends.
