Nystrom & Associates is seeking an LADC Site Supervisor at our Apple Valley Clinic! This position would Supervise a team of professionals at our Apple Valley and Minnetonka clinics. We are excited to offer sign on bonuses!

You will work hand in hand with our peer support recovery specialists, Suboxone providers and medication management, ARMHS professionals, CTSS professionals, DBT therapists, dietitians, psychiatrists, LMFT's, LICSW's and LPCC's. This role primarily involves group and individual sessions, maintaining compliant client records, some intakes and assessments, clinical consult meetings and staff meetings.
Specific to the Site Supervisor duties, this role would include:

Maintain knowledge of and compliance with Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. (NAL) 245G Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Program Policy and Procedure Manual.
Ensure compliance with Department of Human Services (DHS) 245G Statutes.
Ensure staff use the DSM - 5 to appropriately diagnose clients.
Conduct and document regular individual clinical supervision meetings with each supervisee. Provide ongoing feedback regarding professional performance and development.
In conjunction with NAL Quality Assurance Department, conduct regular chart audits of each supervisee based on 245G documentation standards to maintain compliance with timely documentation completion, clinical thoroughness and accurate billing for services provided.
Ensure staff are billing timely and accurately.
Utilize and enforce employee interventions and disciplinary measures when needed including friendly visits, verbal warnings, written warnings, performance improvement plans (PIP) and document accordingly.
Lead Weekly SUD Clinical Case Consultation Meetings and ensure proper documentation.
Provide general clinical and program oversight. Manage the day to day operations. Assist SUD Management in the oversight and monitoring of:

Program census: monitor each counselor's caseload size based on their abilities
Group capacity: ensure each group is reaching 16 client capacity
Client retention: ratio of scheduled clients versus attending clients and counselor's ability to maintain clients ongoing
Client re-engagement: ensure counselors attempt to reengage clients who discontinue services unexpectedly
Provider productivity: ensure staff are aware of and achieve 65% direct service time (26 hours of client face to face time weekly)

Provide coverage or arrange coverage for absent LADC's to facilitate SUD Groups or to conduct SUD Evaluations, SUD Orientations, SUD Individuals. In emergent situations, provide coverage.

Nystroms & Associates integrates mental health into its substance use disorder treatment.

We make sure that our staff have the resources that they need to meet each client where they are at.
We use evidence based education and strategies including Living in Balance, CBT, DBT, 12 step facilitation, relapse prevention skill building, nutrition services and family programming in a structured curriculum for both our 1.0 and 2.1 levels of care.
We have driving with care levels one and two for those clients who need education and support, and alumni aftercare groups for clients to continue to receive support from peers.
