MMC has an outstanding opportunity within its global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Strategic Insights Group (SIG). You will be part of a dynamic organization tasked with streamlining processes, enabling automation, implementing technological solutions, driving cross-functional collaboration, and improving data quality.
Working closely with the Innovation & Intelligent Process Design leader, your role will support the design and implementation on a portfolio of key finance transformation initiatives led by the SIG and will include the following:

The role will require building strong relationships and creditability with FP&A leadership and cross-function stakeholders including our IT teams (GIT and CIS) for system implementations, and colleagues across all MMC's Business Units and MMC Corporate.
Defining requirements and translating them into detailed project plans

Tracking progress against commitments and timelines
Identifying opportunities for improvement
Working with IT partners to enable automated solutions.

What you need to have:
2-3 years within FP&A with demonstrated project delivery experience.
Bachelor's degree

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $65,800 to $131,800.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
