QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
2+ years of experience in oilfield operations, preferably as a Lease Operator

Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with other operators, supervisors, and management
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
