Job Summary

Partners with the business to translate organizational strategy into people needs to proactively meet ever-changing business environment. Continually strives to create an environment that enables employees to perform at their best while empowering them to be successful in their careers. Develops, implements and administers total compensation programs that attract and retain talent. Support compensation philosophy that aligns to business goals. Ensures competitive rewards programs that meet the needs of employees in fulfilling their personal and professional goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for compensation program design, compensation plan management, compensation evaluation and analysis and communication


• Advises managers on making effective pay decisions that support recruiting, retention and employee engagement while also complying with budgetary guidelines and relevant labor laws


• Participates in market research and analysis ensuring pay competitiveness and pay equity for employees across the organization


• Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking


• Interprets internal/external business environment


• Recommends best practices to improve processes or services


• Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectives


• Communicates difficult concepts to team to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and various work products


• May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements


• Individual contributor working independently; may require guidance in highly complex situations


• Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

Experience

• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience

Pay Range & Benefits

$99,822.33 - $135,177.67 Annually

The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
