Work Schedule :

This is a full-time, 100% FTE, day shift position. Shifts are scheduled Monday - Friday, no weekends required. You will work at the Eastpark Medical Center in Madison, WI.

Pay :

UW Health offers a competitive compensation package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to:


  • Join our UW Health dermatologists and advanced practice providers who diagnose and treat diseases of the skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes in a fast-paced clinic.
  • Coordinate daily Mohs surgical schedule with surgeons and medical assistant team.
  • Provide hands-on assistance with Mohs surgical procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and suture removals.
  • Room patients, take vitals, give injections, refills, provide patient education.
  • Be a part of a positive, patient-centered team

Education :

Minimum -


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program

Work Experience :

Preferred - One (1) year of experience as an LPN

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum -


  • Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure
  • CPR/BLS certification
