What you will do

PGIM RELS is seeking an Agency Servicing Team Lead.  This position will be a hybrid position (3 days) in Dallas, TX. The candidate will be responsible for managing a Team of Sr. Servicing Specialists across Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Multifamily products including Freddie Mac securitized deals.

What you can expect


  • Responsible for managing and overseeing all servicing workflow throughout the life of the loan.

  • Assisting in maintaining team environment by providing support, training, coaching, development, and performance management to team members.

  • Conducting weekly meetings with staff to ensure all timelines are being met.

  • Collaborate with Director as needed.

  • Staying abreast to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Guide changes that may affect the portfolio.

  • Assist with special project, as needed (audits, policy and procedures, metrics, system modules, etc.).

  • Reviewing current processes and recommend process improvement as appropriate to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer service.

  • Cross-train to learn servicing nuances for other PGIM products to assist when necessary.

  • Communicate and build relationships with other departments (such as Accounting, Asset Management, Special Servicing, other servicing teams, etc.) as well as other PGIM regional offices.

What you will bring


  • Minimum of five years related commercial loan servicing management experience.

  • Strong Knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Multifamily Guide.

  • Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential, including the ability to create/build and maintain relationships with internal/external parties.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and assist team members, take a proactive approaching to addressing team needs.

  • Flexible with the ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.

  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
