Job Description:

Westminster Communities of Florida, a nationally recognized not-for-profit church related organization, is seeking an experienced Health Services Administrator for a premier community located in Downtown Orlando, FL.

The position is directly accountable for the overall administration of the Health Center (including Residential Assisted Living) to ensure fulfilling the Mission Statement, and the provision of quality daily services to the residents personally or through subordinate supervisors. This position will maintain all operational and quality standards as developed and promulgated by federal, state and local regulations.

This position requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills, for this individual is accountable for the day-to-day operations of a 120-bed skilled nursing facility and a 45-bed assisted living facility.

B.S. or M.S. in a health related or business major, a Florida NHA license and a minimum of five (5) years experience as an administrator for a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in a CCRC, preferably in a multi-facility organization.
