?? Shift: 3:55am - 4:05pm (Monday - Thursday) - Enjoy a four-day workweek with 12-hour shifts!
?? Pay: $25/hr - Plus, this is a direct hire position, offering stability and growth opportunities.
?? Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth operation of production lines by acquiring and verifying components according to work orders.
Maintain optimal levels of materials to sustain production throughout shifts.
Safeguard accuracy and quality standards by operating lines at maximum performance.
Proactively report safety hazards, violations, and procedural issues to team leaders.
Perform quality checks using various gauges, recording and reporting results as necessary.
Keep machinery in optimal condition through regular monitoring and maintenance tasks.
Assist in changeovers of the filling area and complete production paperwork accurately and promptly.
Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with 5S protocol and SOP's.
