Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support to both eCommerce and wholesale clients, managing their orders and inquiries via phone and email.
Assist the National Sales Manager with sales tracking, administrative tasks, and client management.
Handle payment collections and ensure accurate data entry, with proficiency in MS Excel.
