One of our firms' longest clients is actively recruiting for their title processing team in Delray Beach, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone who has at least a year of professional work experience in a clerical or customer service capacity. The title processing clerk works with the other departments to review the information being submitted for processing. In this role, you'll be working on the computer a lot reviewing information, ensuring accuracy, and finalizing information for billing.

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma. Associate and/or bachelor's degree preferred.


• At least six months of recent work experience


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite


• Types 35+ WPM

• Ability to accurately calculate taxes and fees based on state/county/city requirements.
