Well-established, not-for-profit organization with a reputation for excellence seeks a Staff Accountant to join their team. The incumbent will report directly to Director of Accounting and is responsible for preparation of financial accounting data to support the accounting team accounting team.
Duties
Prepare monthly financials
Reconcile intercompany accounts
Journal entries
Creating invoices
Receiving & applying payments
Accounts Payable
Discrepancy research and Resolve
Vendor relations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
2+ years of related experience
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Must have strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills a must!
