Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator includes:
Answer incoming calls and answer any immediate questions, deescalate issue, and/or connect customers to the appropriate team.
Corresponds to customer interactions via email, phone, text or chat
Maintain and update office records, including employee files, vendor contracts, and other important documents.
Check "incomplete" calls and update status in internal notes; notify managers of any situations that require follow-up.
Work cross-functionally with other customer support departments to help resolve billing and payment issues.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
