The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for the analysis and research of invoices as well as their operational workflows; for multiple business divisions. Provide SME training and guidance for Accounts Payable and IProc partners in the organization. Leads month-end reconciliation process applicable to various interfaces, enabling accurate reporting of A/P financials on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The Accounts Payable Analyst role will interact organization-wide, including senior leadership when appropriate, departmental directors regularly, as well as external audit and vendors. Works cross-functionally when needed and where applicable. Subject matter expert with Accounts Payable and IPROC ERP systems for multiple ERP Systems, and document retention systems. The consequences of errors in this role could have a significant impact, affecting the organization’s financial position.
Job Summary:
This Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for; Problem resolution requiring subject matter expertise related to Accounts Payable and IProc systems. Researches and resolves purchase to pay goods received not invoiced (GRNI) and other complex, AP-related scenarios that cause process bottlenecks. Will interface with the Audit Department to fulfill annual audit requirements. Operates within all applicable AP systems and workflows and performs numerous, AP month-end close activities, and transactional processing in various ERP systems. Monitors and acts on transactions involving open purchase orders. Uses extensive experience and expertise in the local ERP system and associated tools to develop and implement solutions for a myriad of accounts payable and purchase-to-pay problems. The Accounts Payable Analyst is expected to possess and utilize technical and process knowledge to perform daily tasks and in support of strategic initiatives.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for North American Shared Service Center accounts payable processes.
2. Leads month-end procedures for multiple CooperVision entities.
3. Execute vendor maintenance in multiple divisions.
4. Provide SME/leadership/training/troubleshooting to Accounts Payable internal and external customers.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $55,711 and $74,281 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
