United States Hiring Supervisor: Dr. Matt Lovern Hiring Range
(Contingent upon available funding): 14.50 - 22.85, Hourly Work Schedule: 8-5:00 M-F, occasional OT and twice yearly Graduate Commencement Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: Serve as a liaison between the Graduate College and 40-60 graduate programs. Perform complex evaluations of domestic and international graduate student applications. Determine the authenticity of transcripts and validity of bachelor's or master's degrees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of all policies and procedures of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, OSU Graduate Faculty Council and the National Association for Foreign Student Affairs. Promotional opportunities may be available through established career development plan. Eligible to serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) who is able to process and sign International Admissions Certificates (I-20). Serves as mentor and trainer for new Admissions Officers.

Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree


Strong verbal and written communication skills


Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work and adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Exhibit a friendly, service-oriented manner with the ability to safeguard privacy and confidentiality regarding information accessible within the office. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
